Delete Your RushAlert Account and Data

You can request permanent deletion of your RushAlert account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to request deletion

We will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo)
• Your status, location, and battery history
• Your contacts and contact requests
• Incident reports and escort requests you've submitted
• Your organization membership(s)
• Your notification history
• Your login credentials

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
